One nice thing about living at home with the parentals is the delicious food! Mi padre is an amazing chef. After one horrendously long day of practice exam and studying, we had a delicious dinner!!! He's always trying new recipes, which sometimes means he'll take a recipe, and then find what else is in the fridge/spice cabinet/wine rack and add whatever he feels like. So feast your eyes (sorry it's not your tummy) on this!

| Polenta |
| Gambas (garlic, some sort of mild teriaki sauce, and desert wine... yum!) |
Pescado (parmesan encrusted)
Patatas Bravas (red = tomatoes, garlic, cayenne, white pepper, pimiento; White = lemon garlic aioli) - I put these together myself! Perfect ratio of red to white sauce, with cilantro on top.
the above, with grilled veggies (kabob style) - olive oil, basil
Vino!! (yes I kept the label)

All in all a Delicious meal!!! I was very proud of my artistic skill with the patatas (by far my favorite part of the meal). Also - (Theresa) I ate my shrimp using a knife and fork! A very tedious process, for those of you who have never tried it. Which turned out to be quite useful, as the shrimp were cooked on the grill and the shell was quite difficult to get off.
The wine was DELICIOUS, but the best part was definitely the potatoes. I am planning on stealing the recipe!!!
Buenos Noches mi amigos!!! :)
